Yes, manual drops and limited strike capability. A parallel universe where CVs have been bludgeoned with a nerf hammer. I am afraid you have entered the rework zone. Good channels/videos that would be good to watch are the How It Works on Carriers, NoZoupForYou's video on Carrier Rework: So to sum it up, you control one squadron at a time, and there are new attack aircraft as well as the usual torpedo bombers and dive bombers. I personally love it, but there's a lot of hate going around because of the new carriers. They reworked the entire gameplay of carriers. I feel that I almost have to start again from scratch! Is there a good thread or YouTuber that will help me with how to do the mechanics since the rework? Thanks. Now I hear that it’s manual attacks only? Auto-attack used to be helpful with crossdrops, attacking multiple targets at basically the time, etc. Today? I launched and couldn’t get them to go anywhere but straight. I used to love setting courses for my planes so they could do their jobs and work in concert. I just went in to the Training Room and used my (formerly?) beloved IJN CV for the first time since the rework and barely recognize her. I’m just getting back in to WoWs after taking a year+ off but have played CVs since Alpha and was considered a solid-to-very-good player before I left.
